Privacy policy

This policy explains how Stolzen UK ("we", "us") uses the personal information you give us through this website. We are the data controller for that information.

What we collect

When you send a quote request we collect your name, email address, postcode, and anything else you choose to give us: your phone number, room size, the kitchen you're interested in, your timescale, how you'd like us to measure, your message and any photos or plans you upload. If you ask for a home visit, we'll also ask for your address and use it only to arrange and carry out the visit.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, plan your kitchen and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is that you've asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract. We don't use it for marketing unless you separately agree to that, and we never sell it.

Who we share it with

Our website and form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf and may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards. If you go ahead with an order, we share the details needed to make and deliver your kitchen with our factory in Poland (Stolzen, Elbląg) and our delivery partners.

How long we keep it

If you don't place an order, we delete your enquiry within 24 months. If you do, we keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and warranty purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, by contacting us through the enquiry form on our Request a quote page. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website doesn't use tracking or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
